Power Pop Trio: Reunion at Firmament

Jersey City’s iconic art renegades: Kayt Hester, Robert Piersanti and Joe Waks – known together as the Power Pop Trio – reunite for the much-hyped Power Pop Trio: Reunion at Firmament. Working in distinctive variations of “nouveau” pop art style, the work of Hester, Piersanti and Waks inhabits worlds of fantasy, iconic imagery, comedy, public vs private identity, and cultural, social, political commentary.

Closing Reception: Thursday, June 2, 8-10 pm Show runs through June 12

Location: The Firmament Gallery & Boutique at the Nimbus Arts Center 329 Warren Street, Jersey City.

Gallery Hours: Mon-Fri 3-7pm, Sat 10am-2pm, Sun by appt.
