Brittany Couch
Brittany Couch (She/Her) is a dedicated arts administrator with a strong background in program management, marketing, and nonprofit initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Entertainment and Media Studies from the University of Georgia, where her passion for arts education took root.
Brittany began her career as the studio manager at Dancefx in Athens, Georgia, overseeing a thriving community of over 400 dancers and 15 companies, and producing numerous shows annually. In 2017, her dedication to arts administration brought her to New York City, where she expanded her expertise in documentary post-production and youth dance programs.
At Pentacle, Brittany played a pivotal role in a national internship program, mentoring aspiring arts professionals and overseeing branding strategies. Her work emphasized fostering partnerships and promoting financial empowerment for underserved artists.
Driven by a belief in the power of collective action, Brittany is passionate about contributing to initiatives that create lasting social impact. She values adaptability, resilience, and decentralized leadership as key to sustainable change. In her current role as Nimbus’ Development & Communications Associate, Brittany is committed to supporting initiatives that nurture artistic talent and strengthen community engagement.
